No-Bypass Brewing

No-bypass brewing has long-been established as a preferred method amongst coffee aficionados. The RoadRunner turbocharges no-bypass with precise user-controlled vacuum pressure, giving you control of extraction while allowing for much finer grinding than typical pour-overs. We have our own recipes, as well as recipes from several industry-leading coffee professionals we have worked with over the years.

Features

Pod Filtration

The Pod holds the grounds before brewing, and contains the vacuum-creating gasket to help extract your coffee. The vacuum allows you to grind much finer than typical pour-over for high extraction yields, and the paper filter guarantees extreme clarity.

Clever Agitation

Hold the crown and perform a couple of up & down plunges to fully agitate your coffee.

Think French Pull, not French Press

Looks can be deceiving. The similarity with French Press ends at the shape of the carafe, as the RoadRunner allows for much finer grinding, superior filtration, and no bitter coffee dwelling in the carafe once the brew has finished.
