It is equipped with a built-in coffee grinder with Ø 38 mm conical burrs that guarantee constant and precise grinding thanks to the stepless micrometric adjustment that can be regulated via the side knob
The PID display manages the boiler and steam temperature, allowing to extract the best from each blend.
The manometer checks coffee delivery pressure: the green area, between 8 and 12 bar, indicates the optimal value and allows you to understand if the phases prior the brewing have been correctly executed.
